State Testing is scheduled to start April 29th for our high school students (including 8th grade), and May 6th for our elementary students. We hope all of our students will take this opportunity to learn more about their strengths and areas of unfinished learning, but opt-out forms for language arts, math, and the SEED Survey are included below. If you are not familiar with the SEED survey, please use the link below to learn more. The opt-out for science, given only to 5th and 8th grade students, must be a written note based on reasons of disability or religion.
